AIBALL / Privacy & account support

Request deletion of your AIBALL data

You can ask AIBALL to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, including information received when you signed in with Facebook or Google. You do not need to be signed in to submit your request.

How to request deletion

  1. Open our contact form.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your AIBALL account, if available.
  3. Use the subject Delete my AIBALL account and connected social-login data.
  4. In your message, request the deletion of your account and any associated Facebook/Google sign-in information. If you want to keep your account and remove only a social-login connection, say so explicitly.
  5. Submit the form. AIBALL can request additional information through a secure verification process before acting on the request.

Never send your password, Facebook access token, Google access token, identity document or payment-card details through this form.

Requests are reviewed for identity verification and applicable legal retention obligations. Some records, such as transaction and accounting records, may need to be retained where required by law. Sending a request does not instantly delete your account.

You can also contact AIBALL directly about a privacy or deletion request: hello@aiball.ai. Include only the information needed to identify your AIBALL account.

If you used Facebook Login

You can also remove AIBALL from the apps connected to your Facebook account in Facebook settings. This stops that connection but does not by itself confirm that any personal data held by AIBALL has been deleted. Use the request steps above to ask AIBALL to remove its copy.

Privacy information

AIBALL uses social sign-in information to recognize your account and authenticate you. The sign-in integration can receive your provider identifier, name, email address and profile picture where shared by the provider. AIBALL account data may also include your viewing, purchase or creator activity, depending on how you use the service.
